DECALS: Great Northern 40 Boxcar

This decal set is designed to fully letter up to two of the GN 40' offset double door boxcars based on the Funaro and Camerlengo PRR X37A and X37 B kit. 

GN acquired these reconditioned cars from the PRR in 1964 painted in the then-current GN brown scheme in number series 14000-14499. Given the cars were painted by PRR shop forces, they featured some "non-standard" lettering variations that are captured on our decal sheet. These cars lasted into the 1970s on the BN and were stenciled with a return-routing to Vancouver, WA. 

This set includes data variations and some chalk marks taken from actual cars. It also includes ACI labels and single-panel COTS for those modeling these cars late in their service life.
